🔄 Return & Refund Guidelines

At SteelVogue, customer happiness comes first. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.

✅ Return Policy

         You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

         Returned products must remain unused, unwashed, and kept in the original                         packaging.

        To request a return, simply email support@steelvogue.com and our team will              provide full instructions.

✅ Refund Process

          After we inspect the returned product, you’ll be notified of the approval.

          Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

          Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to appear in your account.

⚠️ Wrong or faulty items?

If your order contains defects, incorrect items, or sizing issues — no worries. Send us photos by email, and we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products that are worn, washed, or sent back beyond 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse requires up to 3 business days to carefully prepare and pack your items.

Once shipped, delivery typically requires 7–10 working days, though the exact time may vary based on your destination.

Important details:

Each parcel will be provided with two tracking numbers:

       1.The first tracks the journey from Hong Kong to the country of destination.

       2.The second is issued by your local courier once the package has cleared customs.

Both numbers can be used to follow your order throughout the entire process.
